These Standard Fleshing Knives are ideal for low to medium volume fur processing. They are made of carbon steel and are available in three sizes. The smallest one has a blade that is 1″ x 10″ and is good for mink and muskrats. The middle sized one has a blade that is 1 1/2″ x 12″ and is used for raccoon, fox and other similarly sized animals. The largest one has a blade that is 2″ x 16″ and is used for coyote, beaver, bobcat and large raccoon. These fleshing knives are one sided knives and do not come with a sharp edge.
