The Freedom Brand Pro Trapline Machete has an overall length of 24″ with an 18″ blade. It has a hardwood handle and a steel hand guard. This machete has many uses on the trapline. It is excellent for removing vegetation when making a location better for a trail set, clearing saplings and branches to eliminate entanglement situations when snaring, cutting cattails or other vegetation for use as blocking material, cutting up ground duff for use as dirt set covering, etc.
