Description Organic Sunflower Oil, grown and pressed by Deruyck’s Top of the Hill Farm. Dan and Fran Deruyck took over the helm from Ploughshares Farm a few years back and set up an oil press at their organic grain farm and seed cleaning facility near Treherne MB. I love sunflower oil for the mild flavour that makes it a great all-purpose oil, useful for baking, frying, roasting, and everything in between. I usually get myself a 8L pail for my year’s supply of oil, and I generally use it to replace not-so-local olive oil and coconut oils in most recipes.
