Description Hemp hearts are the tender white inside portion of dehulled hemp seeds. They are grown and processed by River Valley Farm near Bagot, Manitoba, and they have been working to develop a process to ensure their hemp hearts have a long shelf life. I was snacking on one gigantic bag for over a year, and they still tasted amazing at the end of the year! They have become an essential addition to all my oatmeal, granolas, and even sometimes get added to everything from chocolates to fish batter and salads!
