This is not a lamp to take chances with, it can deliver 70C at 15” to dark slate, so please do use suitable dimming thermostatic control. Beam radius is a whopping 9”/23cm at 15” with solid heating over the whole central area. The Arcadia Reptile 100w Halogen Flood lamp is powerful, crisp, bright and Infra-Red-A rich. This is a very adaptable, energy efficient lamp being better reflected and insulated than standard glass lamps, which means that this large 100w PAR38 flood lamp can for most replace up to a 150w standard tungsten spot lamps. This can equate to considerable energy use savings whilst also greatly widening the beam width or ‘projection zone’. The Arcadia Reptile 100w PAR38 Halogen Flood lamp has a built-in metal reflector for optimal light delivery to the basking zone and can deliver high temperatures over a wide area. Arcadia Reptile Halogen Flood lamps should be used alongside an appropriate UV producing system such as ProT5 and can be paired with Genuine Arcadia Reptile Deep Heat Projectors and JungleDawn-LED Bars.
